Hi my name is Ashveer Ajoodha and i’ve been in fitness for the passed 12 years. I’ve experimented and tried all the different forms of gyming and exercising namely : body weight training, bodybuilding and power lifting.
I’ve been passionate about fitness since a young age , i even went as far as doing even doing gymnastics.
I decided to create this website to show different types of training , nutrition and how to go about doing the training forms properly.
